In order to enhance that statement we have created a platform that will allow you to start, monitor, and edit your claims, all while reducing time spent on the phone. The application has several features to make the claims process more efficient, such as:

VIN or Customer Look-up
- Search for your customer by their VIN or simply enter their name.
Start a Claim
- The most time spent on the phone for any claim is starting it. Easily initiate claims for mechanical or ancillary contracts by entering information directly from your repair or work order. Add your contact information for seamless claim initiation.
Photos and Messaging
- After the claim has been established, you have the option to add photos and/or direct message a claims adjuster, once again reducing lengthy phone calls and time spent waiting on documents to be uploaded. Enter estimates, explain failures, and more. *You will be able to add photos and/or message us throughout the claims process.*
Monitor Claims
- Follow all of your current (and past) claims on one easy-to-navigate screen. Check the status and view claim notes to check progress.
Monitor Contracts
- Contract View allows you to view the customer’s contract(s), identify coverage dates, check past claims, and make sure the contract is still valid.
Notifications
- Sign up to receive either text or email notifications. Be alerted when claim delays take place, a message is received, or a payment has been sent.
